With COVID-19 developing in many countries around the world, Hunters of Haworth is committed to preventing the spread of the virus by adhering to the latest advice of the WHO and the protocols advised by local and national authorities.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and our staff is our primary concern, and we are taking extra measures so that you can be assured that your health and safety has our complete attention.
We are continuously monitoring developments and staying abreast of recommendations about best practices from The Government and the WHO to ensure the health and safety of everyone who comes to Hunters.
Actions we have taken already include..
We have hand sanitiser throughout the building and have increased the cleaning regimens using disinfectants for all bathrooms, public spaces and employee work areas.
Any member of staff returning from the affected areas abroad, or those who have family members or housemates recently returned from these regions, will automatically be asked to self-isolate for 14 days.
We have reduced the number of staff involved in food preparation
We have reduced the number of staff involved in food service
We have placed information for guests around the store
Social distancing measures are in place
We have created a booking system to allow guests to quickly collect their order
We have moved to a contactless card payment system for all transactions
We are monitoring the situation closely and will reassess our response as needed.
